Origin
Area of origin: Vista Flores, Tunuyán, Mendoza.
Vineyard
High trellis training system, 20 years old, located at 1,020 meters above sea level.
Soil: of alluvial origin, with a rocky and clay base, sand and rock on the surface allowing sufficient drainage and stimulating the vines to develop strong and deep roots.
Irrigation: A drip irrigation system is used, which, thanks to the permeability of the soil, allows us to control the vigor of the plant during the vegetative cycle.

Alcohol: 14.1% GL
Altitude: 1,200 meters above sea level
Harvest: by hand in mid-March.
Maceration: pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours at low temperatures.
Fermentation: carried out with indigenous yeasts until the alcoholic phase, after which selected yeasts are inoculated. Fermentation takes place between 22 and 26 °C, with daily pump-overs and natural malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks, without oak aeration.
Tasting Notes
Color: intense red with violet highlights and purple reflections, bright.
Nose: Mineral notes, fresh red berries and plum, floral notes and fresh fruit. Some menthol, spicy notes such as thyme, white pepper and bay leaf.
Palate: pleasant entry with a medium and round finish, intermediate acidity with young tannins that make their presence felt on the palate.
