Vineyards
The vineyards are located 680 meters above sea level, in a temperate climate; the area has a large annual temperature range, favoring the vegetative rest of the plants and their development.
Harvest
Manual, end of March.
The bunch must not lose its integrity.
Fermentation
Completely with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, we used stones from the farm to achieve a submerged cap.
Temperature 23 °C and 28 °C, 3 open and 3 closed re-assemblies are performed.
The pressing is done in low-performance hydraulic cage presses.

Le Combat: An organic and vegan wine that celebrates elegance with responsibility. Made sustainably, this wine respects the environment and honors Mother Nature.
Maturation
It is left to mature for 6 months in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature, favoring the spontaneous development of malolactic fermentation in contact with French oak staves.
Tasting notes
Vista presents vivid, clean, and bright colors.
Attractive cherry red color and violet undertones.
On the nose, it expresses red fruits, cherry, strawberry jam, a touch of smoke and tobacco.
On the palate, it presents sweet, round, and defined tannins. Medium acidity with a subtle, intermediate finish.
Winemaking (final text)
Winemaking with native yeasts to preserve the purity of the terroir and highlight the natural expression of Malbec.
Fresh, vibrant and minimal intervention wine, made using sustainable practices.
